Dr. Shaukat resident of address House No.4 Street No.1. Ali Town, Ali Pur District Muzzafargarh is directed to contact the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council with reference to a complaint against him with PM&DC and a writ petition No 13190/08 filed by Mr. Khawar Saleem Butt pending before the Lahore High Court, Lahore alleging him responsible for the death of his son named Jahad Khawar Butt on 09-02-2008 in National Hospital, Chowk Nakhuda, Misri Shah, Lahore. The letters addressed to his present address had been returned with remarks that he is not available.
